Return window (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in original packaging
Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale
If protective films, hygiene seals, or packaging are included, they must be intact where applicable

Earrings & hygiene

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn or tried on.

If an earring arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

Reason for return

We will reply with return instructions. (Return address details are provided during the return process.)

Return shipping costs

Customer pays return shipping costs for standard returns.
If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact us first; we will offer an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund) and may cover reasonable return shipping where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item (or after you provide proof of return shipment, where applicable).
